 We provide compassionate, evidence-informed, and community-based support that reduces homelessness, recidivism, addiction  

relapse, and family instability while increasing self-sufficiency, employment readiness, and long-term wellness.

 Personalized action plans designed to help paticipatants overcome barriers and reconnect with the community successfuly.

  Recovery Support Services

​

 Connections to treatment resources, relapse prevention support, peer encouragement, and accountability systems.

 Employment Readiness

​​

 Resume assistance, interview preparation, workforce referrals, and life skills development.

 Family Reunification Support

​

 Helping participants rebuild trust, restore family relationships, and become stable support systems for their children and loved  ones.
